I usually just file stuff like this away to something like Gnotebook or del.icio.us or my Userlinks (here on this site!)...but this might actually be of use to some folks out there, especially those who like to achieve things:

Personally, I can't see myself using this to manage my Todo list (I :like: Remember the Milk for that), but longer term goals might be much better suited for a method like this (I've got a few that I need to track, but RtM falls very short of giving me a way to see anything outside of a week out).
