I've kicked around the idea of nabbing an old Xbox, a copy of Splinter Cell and the Action Replay 8mb Memory Card for a while. Is it because I long for the exploits of Sam Fischer? No. Not even a little bit. That game is like dremmeling my own teeth, as far as I'm concerned. No, I want to do that to build an Xbox Media Center (XBMC).

Apparently they're porting it to Mac OS and they've got v0.1 up and available for download:

I *might* play with this. But I also might not. At least not until after I run another full backup (which requires me doing my quarterly install files/media files back-up-to-discs, which takes a while...). I'd still really like to get an Xbox to do this, though...maybe then build a Hackintosh and turn it into a PVR...

I need more money :(
